Barony Country Foods Ltd was established in 1990 in response to growing customer demand for high quality rainbow trout and venison from the Barony College’s deer and trout farms.

Since then our company has expanded and due to this success we have extended our range of produce to include - fresh fish from all over the world, shellfish from Scotland’s west coast and oven ready game sourced from the many sporting estates in South West Scotland.

At Barony Country Foods we understand that to make quality food you need the finest ingredients. Whether you choose a prime cut of venison from our own deer farm or a fillet of red snapper from the Indian Ocean you can be rest assured…. We only supply the best.

Location

Situated in a converted farm steading on the banks of the River Ae, amidst the rolling landsape of Dumfriesshire in Southwest Scotland, Ronnie Graham and the experienced team at Barony Country Foods Ltd, carefully prepare and package the vast range of fine foods available on this website.
