At Barony Country Foods we operate a small, traditional smokehouse. Using this age old process combined with our own unique recipes and methods we produce delicious smoked salmon, trout, game and poultry.

Barony Country foods endeavour to deliver all goods within three working days of your order (ie an order placed on a Monday will be packed on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday)
For lucky anglers visiting the area we'll smoke your prize catch. Leave it with us and we'll have it smoked, sliced and packed as required then sent to your home address on your return.
