The Barony Smokehouse
At Barony Country Foods we operate a small, traditional smokehouse. Using this age old process combined with our own unique recipes and methods we produce delicious smoked salmon, trout, game and poultry.
For that special dinner party, our luxurious smoked venison is a real treat, or for an unusual starter why not try smoked woodpigeon served with redcurrant jelly and a little side salad. |

Smoked Salmon
Our renowned smoked salmon is cured with sea salt and demerara sugar, gently smoked over native oak chips to give a rich, full flavour with a moist and delicate texture. Then after a few days of maturation, sliced using nothing more sophisticated than a sharp knife and a steady hand.
