Barony Country Foods’ oak smoked venison is made with a single cut from the prime part of the haunch. It is dry cured then smoked for several days before being thinly and sprinkled with cracked black pepper and drizzled with an infusion of juniper oil. This is an exciting gourmet twist on traditional smoked venison which was awarded a gold star by the Guild of Fine Foods at the Great Taste Awards.
