Hot Smoked Salmon

At Barony Country Foods, our hot smoked salmon is produced using only the finest Scottish salmon fillets. These fillets are gently rubbed with pure salt before being smoked over aromatic, European oak chips. We then increase the temperature in the smoking kiln to slowly cook the fish giving our hot smoked salmon an exceptional flaky, open texture.
