Oak Smoked Salmon

At our artisan smokehouse, our renowned Scottish smoked salmon is cured with sea salt and demerara sugar, gently smoked over locally sourced oak chips and then given few days to mature. Our Scottish smoked salmon is then sliced, using nothing more mechanical than a sharp knife and a steady hand!
