Oak Smoked Trout
Our rainbow trout are sourced from local trout farms in the south west of Scotland. They are smoked using aromatic oak chips to give the fish a rich, traditional flavour. Smoked trout can either be hot smoked or cold smoked and hand sliced depending on your preference.
