These beef briskets are slow cooking roasts and are absolutely delicious and very economical. Ideal for a Sunday roast dinner.
The beef is specially selected by Barony Country Foods. It is butchered and packed on our premises at Lochmaben in South West Scotland. Every effort is undertaken to ensure that you get a good cut of beef that is tender and full of flavour.
