Tasty and tender, our oven ready mallard are sourced directly from sporting estates here in the south west of Scotland. Each mallard is refrigerated, graded, plucked and dressed before being packaged and delivered directly to your door. Mallard are always available fresh throughout the shooting season (September 1st – January 31st) and available frozen outwith these dates.
