Our smoked mackerel is produced in Aberdeen; hot smoked using traditional methods originating in the North East of Scotland to ensure a rich, authentic flavour.
Barony Country Foods’ smoked mackerel is perfect served flaked through a summer leaf salad with lardons of pancetta and a zingy lemon mustard dressing. They are ideal for a quick lunch or dinner option.
