Our kippers are made with fresh Scottish herring fillets, cured then cold smoked in the North East of Scotland using a method which has remained virtually unchanged for centuries.Delicious for breakfast either grilled or fried. Chef’s Tip: Use flaked kippers to make a tasty risotto or as an alternative to smoked haddock in a kedgeree.
