Description
Barony Country Foods’ standard crab meat is the meat taken from the crab claws which is then cooked and frozen. This product is ideal as an ingredient for crab cakes, crab soup or crab pasta dishes.
As this product does not contain any brown meat the flavour is less intense and more subtle than our 50/50 crab meat.
If you would like to make a crab salad or a dish where the crab meat stands alone then try our hand picked, pasteurised white crab meat.
