Unsliced Oak Smoked Salmon Side


Our award winning Scottish smoked salmon is gently rubbed in sea salt before being lightly smoked with well seasoned, aromatic oak chips. Our 1kg unsliced side allows you to explore a wide range of serving styles and is vacuum packed for freshness. It can be stored chilled or frozen. Chef’s Tip: No matter how you serve our Smoked Salmon, for the best flavour always serve at room temperature.


Our Salmon are sourced exclusively from the West Coast of Scotland and the Shetland Isles. They are filleted, then cured with natural salt and brown sugar, before being slowly smoked over smouldering aromatic oak chips. The smoked fillets are then trimmed and packed.

The beauty of an unsliced side is that you can cut short or long slices to suit you own preference.
