A whole beef fillet is perfect for those special occasions. Lean cut and wonderfully tender our beef fillets come fully trimmed and ready for the pan or oven.
This fillet is ideal to cut off the chateaubriand (the thick end!) and cut the rest into steaks. The thinner end can be diced for a stroganoff.
