Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview At Barony Country Foods, we prioritise the satisfaction of our customers. While we do not accept returns, we understand that there may be certain instances where a refund is appropriate. Please review the following policy to understand when and how you can claim a refund.

2. Refund Process

  • Unfit for Consumption: If you receive a product that is out of date, not as specified, or in any way unfit for consumption, please contact us immediately on 01557 330361. Provide relevant details and photos (if possible) to support your claim. Once verified, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
  • Out of Stock: If you order a product that is out of stock, our team will inform you at the earliest convenience and offer an alternative product. If the alternative does not meet your requirements or is not acceptable, we will process a full refund for the item as soon as possible.

3. Customer Requirements

  • Return Window: Please raise any issues related to unfit products within 48 hours of receiving your order. Refund claims made after this period may not be entertained.
  • Product Condition: As we don’t accept returns, we request you to provide accurate details and evidence (like photos) that show the product’s unfit condition. This will help expedite the refund process.
  • Reason for Refund: Clearly mention the reason for your refund request – whether the product was out of date, not as specified, unfit for consumption, or out of stock. This helps us improve our services and serve you better in the future.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is verified and approved, please allow up to 14 days for the amount to reflect in your original method of payment.

5. Contact Information
