Delicious and tender, our oven ready pheasants are sourced directly from sporting estates here in the south west of Scotland. Each pheasant is refrigerated, graded, plucked and dressed before being packaged and delivered directly to your door. Pheasants are always available fresh throughout the shooting season (October 1st – February 1st) and available frozen outwith these dates.
