Scottish Wild Venison
All our venison is sourced from the sporting estates of Scotland. We only purchase prime carcasses which are boned and packed in our own facility at Lochmaben.
Scottish venison is regarded as the ideal meat for the health conscious. With the lowest fat and highest protein content of any red meat, our Scottish venison is ideal for those on a low cholesterol diet or simply watching that waistline.
