Description
Our peppered smoked Mackerel is produced in Aberdeen. Hot smoked using traditional methods originating in the North East of Scotland to ensure a rich, authentic flavour.
It is then sprinkled with rough, ground black pepper to add a hot finish to this healthy and delicious fish.
Chef’s Tip: Our hot smoked mackerel is cooked and ready to eat, perfect flaked through a summer leaf salad with lardons of pancetta.
