Oak Smoked Salt
Barony Country Foods’ Oak Smoked Salt adds another smoky dimension to foods like chicken, whitefish, salmon and eggs, especially quails’ eggs.
This salt can be added to soups and casseroles as its is or ground onto the finished dish.
Chef’s Tip – If you just need a little pinch to go onto eggs etc. just crush the granules under the flat side of a heavy knife on your chopping board.
