At Barony Country Foods we only use the finest fresh salmon, farmed in the Shetland Isles. There, the stunning sea lochs (or Voes as they are called in Shetland) provide strong currents. This is the perfect environment to produce healthy, sustainable salmon. Our salmon portions are vacuum packed in pairs with the skin on.
