Far meatier than anything you’d find in the supermarket, you could bake these cod loins alongside chorizo and cherry tomatoes for a Spanish-themed dish, or simply top with slices of lemon and wrap in greaseproof paper for a simple, fresh dish.
Our Cod is sourced mainly from the market at Peterhead in North East Scotland where fishing has been a mainstay of the economy for hundreds of years.
