Description
These duck breasts are specially selected by Barony Country Foods. They are succulent and full of flavour with just the right amount of fat on the skin side.
Each pack contains two succulent duck breasts.
We recommend scoring the fat side into a diamond pattern with a sharp knife before searing the skin side. Brown the flesh side and finish in a warm oven or air fryer.
Try a fruit based sauce with our duck breasts. Perhaps orange or Morello cherries.
