Description
Wild Scottish goats have been resident on the hills of South West Scotland for thousands of years. The meat has a distinct flavour and fine texture. Goat is very similar in taste to lamb, only a bit firmer in texture, high in protein and iron, and low in fat and cholesterol.
Our wild goat casserole comes in a 500g pack and is ideal in tagines and casseroles or in the famous Jamaican Curry Goat.
