Description
Our Roe Deer Venison Box is a whole, wild, local, roe deer from the county of Dumfriesshire in South West Scotland.
Roe deer are considered the most flavoursome and tender of our native deer species in the UK.
Our venison carcases are hung for a minimum of 1 week and then expertly butchered and vacuum packed making it ideal for your freezer.
Your Roe Deer Venison Box will be sent to you by next day courier service, free of charge and in chilled, insulated packaging.
Each roe deer box will contain a minimum of –
4 x 500g Venison Casserole
2 x 500g Venison Mince
2 x Fully Dressed Venison Loins (Min. 300g)
2 x Venison Fillets
2 x Boneless Venison Haunch Roasts
6 x Min. 170g Venison Steaks
These cuts are all packed and labelled individually.
We would recommend that if you freeze your venison, you keep it frozen for a maximum of 9 months.
