Description
Barony Country Foods’ venison haunch roast is cut from the prime part of the haunch. This beautifully lean and tender joint is boned and netted for your convenience.
Once cooked venison haunch has very little shrinkage. This prime roast is ideal for Sunday dinner or entertaining guests.
Chef’s tip – Always leave a venison roast to rest for 20 or 30 minutes after cooking. This gives the joint a chance to relax and improves tenderness and flavour.
