Description
Lorne sausage is also known as flat or square sausage. It’s usually made with pork or beef and is a Scottish favourite. It’s pressed into a mould, left to set, then sliced into square sausages.
We tried it with venison and everyone loved it, now its a favourite in our shop.
Most customers like it best as part of their fried breakfast or as a brunch snack in a morning roll.
Our venison Lorne sausages are packed in 4’s at 125g per sausage.
